Request deletion of your data
You can request deletion or correction of information associated with your use of Nour FPN.
Use your own number
Open the bot with the button below. The delete_my_data_en message is prefilled from the WhatsApp number associated with the data.
Explicit confirmation
The bot explains what will be removed and asks for explicit confirmation. Nothing is deleted without it. For a correction instead of deletion, contact contact@n9raw.com.
Data removed
Deletion covers the student profile, bot session, e-Document information, reports, usage records and incoming/outgoing logs directly associated with the number.
After deletion
Using Nour FPN again requires new verification. Copies already in your WhatsApp app or retained by WhatsApp/Meta under their own policies are outside Nour FPN’s control.
Never include a password, WhatsApp code, token or document copy in a deletion request.
